Town Centre Car Parks

Information and prices for parking at Cowbridge Town Hall car park and Wyndham Street car park.

A valid ticket must be displayed or the vehicle must be registered via the App or Paybyphone for all tariffs including free hours (except on Sundays and Blue Badge holders).

There will a charge for parking at two town centre car parks in the Vale of Glamorgan from Friday 12th April 2024. These charges apply at Cowbridge Town Hall ar park and Wyndham Street car park (Barry Library).

Charges for parking are between 8am - 6pm, 6 days a week.

How to Pay

Payments for parking can be made via coins or card payments – contactless and chip and pin.

The app can be downloaded from www.paybyphone.co.uk, Google Play and the Apple App Store. The app includes a map feature that allows drivers to locate parking before they leave for their destination. 

Drivers can pin their vehicle location onto the map once they have parked and the nearby parking feature instantly provides the closest PayByPhone parking location number.
