  A hotel housekeeper helps make sure rooms and other areas of a hotel are clean all the time. A hotel housekeeping job description usually involves:

When I came to work at St. David's hotel, my English was at a very low level, I had to communicate with the help of a translator on the phone. Now we talk basic phrases and words and I understand the simple words to ask my colleagues.

Language learning occurs when communicating with colleagues, every day. Also listening to my managers talk in meetings and in the office. They are always clear and simple and use body language to express the meaning sometimes.  in the evenings I watch TV. A lot of my colleagues are doing English classes in their spare time.
