Vale 2030 - Corporate Plan

The Vale of Glamorgan Corporate Plan 2025-2030.

Vale 2030, our Plan for 2025-30 represents a new and exciting chapter for the Council and for the Vale of Glamorgan. Vale 2030 is a plan for the future, and we have considered how the Council needs to change to meet our ambitions and deliver for the Vale. 

This is an opportunity for us to continue our work to build a Council that we can all be proud of. To succeed we will work in partnership with different organisations and our communities. 

The Vale of Glamorgan Council is committed to being a welcoming and supportive place for all residents, and the Council promises to continue working together with communities and partners to deliver these goals for the benefit of everyone. 

We have set out an ambitious programme of work to deliver our vision of Strong Communities with a Bright Future and to achieve five objectives: 

• Creating great places to live, work and visit 

• Respecting and celebrating the environment 

• Giving everyone a good start in life 

• Supporting and protecting those who need us 

• Being the best Council we can be  

In creating this plan, we have listened to our residents, partners and others, looked at how we're performing, and recognised areas where we need to improve. Each of these Objectives include a set of ambitions we want to see achieved by 2030 and the actions that will make this happen. A strong focus on working in partnership, and with our communities will create a Vale that improves the well-being of current and future generations.
