By law, you must be licensed to carry out:

Tattooing
Body Piercing
Electrolysis

Every practitioner must have their own special procedures licence which will confirm the procedures(s) they are personally licensed to practise.

Every special procedures business premises or vehicle must have its own premises/vehicle approval certificate.
