Hackney Carriage Meter Tester

To become a Vale of Glamorgan authorised hackney carriage meter tester you must firstly complete the prescribed application form 

Your application will be considered by the Licensing Committee for determination.

If you become an authorised meter tester you will be required to renew your authorisation on an annual basis.
