Chief Executive's Emergency Powers

Following a discussion at a Scrutiny Committee and in agreement with the Chief Executive (CX) all Emergency Powers approved by the Chief Executive from 1^st September 2024 can be viewed below.

Please note that these will still be reported to Cabinet or Council (as applicable).

The use of the Chief Executive’s Emergency Powers is required on occasions when the urgency means that there is no time for the issue to be considered by the relevant Committee.
